Your first visit is all about getting comfortable. We’ll give you a quick walkthrough of the space, introduce you to our equipment and recovery tools, and talk through your goals. A team member will help you understand how everything works so you leave confident, supported, and knowing exactly what to do next with no guesswork.
Not at all. Fort Washington is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or returning after time away, our approach meets you where you are. Progress comes from consistency, not perfection, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
We’ll help you decide. During your onboarding, we’ll learn more about your goals, schedule, and preferences, then recommend a membership that makes sense for you. If your needs change, your plan can change too. Nothing is one size fits all here.
Yes, group classes are included with most memberships. Our classes are intentionally structured to be approachable, coach led, and adaptable so you can move at your own pace while still benefiting from group energy and accountability.
Members on non-Basic plans enjoy anytime access to our recovery tools during regular and extended hours. Basic plan members do not have anytime access to recovery tools.
Absolutely. Our team is always available to talk through your goals, answer questions, and help adjust your training approach as you progress. You’re never left to figure things out alone. We believe guidance and accountability make all the difference.
