No matter what your workout style we have a class for you! Whether you are looking to change up your fitness routine, want to take your fitness to the next level, are motivated by group classes or all of the above you’ll find at Fort Washington Fitness. We offer Bootcamp (HIIT), Yoga and Booty Blast group classes. Members can find the schedules on the app or follow us on social media.
BOOTCAMP (HIIT)
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the scientifically proven program to sculpt and strengthen your body. Our 1-hour classes are intervals of timed, high energy exercises with short breaks in between. Whether you are new to the gym, are not seeing the results you expected, or looking to maximize your workouts, our Bootcamp classes are a great fit for all skill levels.

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga is the perfect low impact strength building class to strengthen core, stretch tired muscles and infuse the body with oxygen, endorphins and peace.

BOOTY BLAST
